A chemical company explosion witnessed at 11 AM today created chaos at 24 Gul Lane in Jurong which resulted in fire and a very thick layer of smoke in the surroundings.
Firefighters struggled for nearly 45 minutes as The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) received call about about 10.40am.
A man was rescued and sent to the National University Hospital.
