Karnataka High Court HC Bench Differs 11 MLAs Disqualification Yeddyurappa BJP Government Govt Trust Vote Politics

The Karnataka High Court HC two judge containing bench had different opinion on the disqualification issue of eleven BJP MLAs by Speaker K G Bopaiah.

Because of this now the issue is transferred to another bench. The disqualification of five indepent MLAs will be heard by another bench on November 2 while the BJP MLAs issue will be heard by a third judge on October 20.
