A cyclone named Giri which is currently moving in the Bay of Bengal is expected to cross the coast of Rakhine State Myanmar west within 24 hours.
Warning notices and broadcast are on the swing to advise people on evacuating the dangerous zones to move to high ground.
People are also notified to not to go near tall trees and electric poles.
