Tata Housing today proposed its plans of investing Rs 2000 Crores this year in Chennai for residential construction with promise of four million square feet acquisition in next coming years.
Brotin Banerjee, MD and CEO said Tata Housing Development Company Limited starts with Crescent Lake, an integrated township project of 25 acre at Oragadam.
Tata Housing plans to construct more tahn 2,000 units in next 4 years with price range of Rs 14 to 15 Lakh. The calculated investment is around Rs 700 Crore.
