Oberoi Realty gave a kick start with a 7% opening on the Bombay Stock Exchange on the issue price of Rs. 260.
The share price is on increase of 7.69 per cent and as of now to Rs. 280 on the BSE.
National Stock Exchange reports are also encouraging as the shares hiked by 4.26 per cent to Rs. 271.10 with more than 1.5 Crore shares moving in the trade today morning.
