Thomson Medical Centre's shares experienced a 61% hike of $1.74 after the Peter Lim takeover offer.
Singapore's health care provider company founding family is discussing a deal from the billionaire investor at $1.75 per share which is also the same for other shareholders.
This estimates the company at $513 million. The takeover deal is also spreading good mood as Raffles Medical Group shares are also in spike of 5.5% with $2.30 a share.
