Singaporean Jonathan Wong, a 3rd year history student at the University of York was found possessing child pornography videos.
Jonathan Wong is a Ministry of Education (MOE) scholar studying in Britain who is charged of owning these videos for more than two years is arrested with 17 charges.
The videos contain girls from age 6 and some videos go more than an hour. The magistrate court has powers to sentence only 12 months so the case is getting transferred to York Crown Court.
