A teenager was arrested who is reportedly involved in slashing at Ang Mo Kio on Thursday.
Both the victim and attacker are 17 years old which also brings worry to parents about spiking youth violence in Singapore. The victim was slashed with a knife on his right hand shoulder around 7 PM and taken to the hospital immediately.
