Dr Ong Teck Chin, Former principal of Anglo-Chinese School (Independent), was found inappropriate behavior toward a male teacher by an investigation panel.
The joint report reads that Dr Ong Teck Chin conduct came down from the standards of the post from the ACS Board of Governors and the ACS(I) Board of Management.
