PSP ISO might go down at times but there are some workarounds to make this straight. www.pspiso.com which is a life saver for many also sometimes gives database error especially when Hako new releases are introduced.
The first step is to change the browser there might be javascript bugs or incompatible browser issues.
You can try using a different PC or operating system and check it out. Or go for a proxy server that is either installed or web based.
