Two notorious secret gangs of Singapore Fong Hong San and 369 are under scan relating to Darren Ng Wei Jie murder case.
Tang Jia Min, Ho Wui Ming and Chen Wei Zhen are with murder charges while Edward Tay Wei Loong is added as an accomplice.
