The University of the Philippines UP Pep Squad won the cheerdance crown Sunday with demolishing energy packed performance at the packed Araneta Coliseum in front of around 20,000 fans.
Judges awarded impressive 440.9 points for the perfection the team shown in their show which moved Far Eastern University's cheering squad and the University of Santo Tomas’ Salinggawi Dance Troupe.
FEU acquired 421.4 points with second place and UST got third place with 407.5 points. UST came fourth in the previous year.
