A fire accident broke out at Lau Pa Sat on Tuesday and the SCDF was informed immediately.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force came to the spot on around 3 pm and sources said centralized ventilation duct and part of the roof caused the fire which was under control. Investigation is on to know the cause of the accident.
