GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy and Toshiba Corp owned Westinghouse Electric have plans to spend around $10 billion on building two nuclear reactors in India.
GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy and Westinghouse Electric are in talks for an agreement that could be formulated before US President Barack Obama's scheduled visit to India in November.
Recently India approved to open the country's $150 billion nuclear power market bill which allows US firms to collaborate.
